Much too warm out to write – doing research – that is more than enough for now. Made that dreaded WalMart run this AM.

Was a necessity–didn’t feel to great being in there especially after last nights Dateline. The outsource-ing/ultra cheap labour of the Gap-K-Mart and yes, the dreaded WalMart in Bangledesh. A pair of women’s pants that cost us $12.94–the woman who made them earns that much in one week. $.17 per hour. The woman earns $12.94 weekly for working 70 hours weekly. About $400 yearly- she makes in one year what I do in one month, and I barely exist on that. Reminds me of the phrase – I complained that I had no shoes – until I met a man without any feet.

I am rambling – but that’s how I get – when I see/hear things that go on that I do not know what I can do to make a difference. Just prayers-lots of them and speaking out wherever I am able. T.Y.G.S.

Had my hair (mowed) cut – Lost a few pounds -there was about three cups of hair on the floor when I left the salon. Refreshing.

Watched Oprah- something I rarely do – it reminded me somehow of the real purpose behind my wanting to journal “Blog” as it were. Something will be coming – I must be patient it may take a while.

Tonite will watch “House” on Fox and a couple af shows I have Tivo’d – Loving my 80 gig Tivo. I am simply recording what I want to see instead of sitting and waiting – then I live my life – writing, etc. I watch only when I am ready. Cool. Spoiled meself with the Tivo.
Thank you for this beautiful day…T.Y.G.S.

LS has a heart that is simply kindness and caring…

My Printer did a header off of my work station here at home – within a very short time he shows up with lunch and a printer. What a guy!

I just want him to know that for all he has done for me over time – I am grateful, most of all – I am just grateful that he IS.

I am blessed to have some very special friends, the kind that step up when you least expect it, and as a matter of fact you don’t expect it at all.

One very kind, albeit a bit oddly funny person who shall remain nameless, mainly because one never knows who he is going to be from moment to moment, but we will call him JJ. It is with his assistance that I have my web-site blogging thing going on. I’d like him to know that I am grateful and appreciative.

JJ has an ever so silent business partner, known as DocMultiMedia, Doc lives on the other side of the country on the “Outskirts of C – Ville, and while I have never met Doc it seems we have a lot in common politically, and love for Macs computers, and in strangely “interesting” friends.

Bottom line is I am grateful for their kindnesses and for the mere fact that they ARE.

Be Back later – ya’ll be safe… ;)

The morning after– after it has rained a considerable amount. With all my windows opened it is like awakening in an open field filled with the scents of the evergreens and flowers. Under my front window I have huge lavender and rosemary bushes growing there . A light breeze brings their fragrance flowing thru my home. What a beautiful day. What a way to awaken – it is Sunday, first day of the week – a day without the clank of the garbage truck. T.Y. G.S.

Thank you for this beautiful day…T.Y. G.S.

A very BIG bird :-) suggested that I write about the beautiful rain, wind and thunder that we are having here in Santa Fe…
Refreshing is the word – peaceful – fragrant – so many words to describe – a very lovely night. A wonderful gift.
Thanks to the very silly Big Bird…and, of course

Thank You Great Spirit! HO!
